Sales and return conditions

The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store The customer is obliged to familiarize himself/herself with the terms and conditions set forth on this webpage. When placing an order the customer ticks the box „I agree with Terms & Conditions of", and thereby assures that he/she has familiarized himself/herself with the Terms & Conditions, understood it and agrees with Terms and Conditions.

Our jewelry

All our items in our store are stamped with the official Sponsors Mark, which is registered in the official State Register of Sponsors Marks of Estonia by the Assay Office to the name of Argenteus OÜ (the Company). All items, except where the size or fragility of the item does not allow so, have been stamped with the 925 Fineness Mark by the Estonian National Assay Office. Our jewelry does not contain substances of nickel or cadmium. To provide the highest quality to our customers we regularly conduct quality controls of the silver. 

Placing an order and delivery

When the You have chosen the jewelry, proceed to add it to the cart. At the check out You can choose the way of delivery.  The prices are in EUR, indicated next to the products and contain VAT tax.  The payment can be done via the bank link that is automatically available upon check out. 

The delivery is done by the Estonian postal service Omniva or SmartPOST. The price of the delivery depends on the place and way of the delivery and will be added to the invoice when conducting the purchase. Prices for different services are available upon selection.

We do not want to make You wait for Your jewelry. We ship Your jewelry maximum 2 days after the purchase.

Delivery in Estonia: In majority of the cases Your goods should arrive about 3-4 working days after the purchase. However, if in unfortunate case it takes longer and You haven't received Your jewelry within 7 days, please contact us at:

In case we are out of stock of Your favourite piece, we will inform You and return the paid amount including the delivery fees at the earliest possibility, but no later than 14 days. 


We will gladly accept the change or return of a ring sized and purchased in our online store. However as You want to wear your jewelry and get it right on the first try, we recommend to measure based on our size guide. 

You have the right to return the jewelry within 14 days after receiving it.*

Please note: When returning the jewelry, the items have to be in original packaging with original labels and suitable for reselling. They should not have any marks of use, the silver must not be bent or scratched in any way. In case any of such found, the company has the right to reduce the returnable monetary value in accordance with reduced value of the product. 

To return Your product please write to us within 14 days after receiving the item to the form below with the following information: 
- Name of the product
- Date of purchase 
- Invoice number 
- Reason of return. If Your item has a defect, please send pictures by email at 

We will contact You as soon as possible to send You the return information. The jewelry has to be shipped back within 14 days. The paid amount will be refunded 14 days after we have received the returned item or documentation about shipping the returned item. The online store has the right to refuse to make the refund until the goods being returned are received or until the customer has provided proof of returning the products, whichever occurs first.

*Return policy does not apply when the purchaser is a legal person. 

Defective goods

The online store is responsible for the non-compliance of goods sold to the Customer with the terms and conditions of the contract or for deficiencies which already existed at the time of delivery and which occur within two years of delivering the goods to the Customer. Within the first six months of delivery it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. It is the online store ́s responsibility to prove otherwise. Later thank 6 months it is the Customers responsibility to prove that the defect was present upon purchase.
The purchases has the right to turn to the online store within two months of the occurrence of a defect by e-mailing or calling. 

The online store is not liable for any defect arising after delivering the goods to the purchaser. 

If goods bought from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store shall return to the purchaser all of the payments involved in the contract of sale. The online store will respond to the consumers' complaint in written form or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The customer gives consent to the company for processing her/his personal data. The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser (including name, phone number, address, e-mail and bank details) for processing the order and sending goods to the purchaser. The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods.

The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser's e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.

The purchaser is able to opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.

Other Terms and Conditions

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.

Settlement of disputes

All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be submitted by e-mail.

If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. You can review the procedural rules and submit a complaint here. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.  A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
